In this workshop participants explore a typical math problem and explore how integrate Desmos into the exploration allows students to access some higher level thinking and mathematical practices quickly. We then will discuss. Participants will also practice modifying graphs and adding visuals to graphs to enhance student discourse about data and graphs.

Oregon high school teachers will be paid a stipend of $50/hour to attend up to a maximum of $400 per quarter (Quarter 1 = January - March; Quarter 2 = April - June).
